Agile Audit Methodology

Initial Planning

We understand the entity, its business processes, and its unique risks and challenges. This ensures that we have a clear understanding of what we aim to achieve and the areas we need to focus on to provide valuable insights during the audit.

Adoption of Agile Framework

This involves breaking down the audit into manageable sprints or phases. We then execute these tasks iteratively, allowing us to make adjustments and adaptations along the way based on our progress and any emerging issues.

Audit Execution

Performing the audit tasks within the defined sprints. Frequent stand-ups to provide updates on the progress and to remove blockers shall be implements The procedures shall be adapted based on feedback and emerging risks.

Reporting & Post Audit Review

Consolidate the audit findings from all sprints into a comprehensive final report, which shall provide insights, recommendations, and action plans to address identified issues. Further a post audit review shall be conducted to identify the status of the corrections and improvements.
